Information we obtain when you work with us

In order to work together with you, we usually require some information from you. Sometimes, we like to take photographs of our events or case studies to share with you and our the electric vehicle community. Please let us know if you prefer not to have your or any of your party’s photograph taken or shared.

At all times we undertake to protect your personal data in a way which is consistent with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) concerning data protection. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Collaborating with others

We are all about collaboration, and we work with other experts in the electric vehicle and renewable energy sectors to provide you with a service to suit your needs, and sometimes it may be necessary to share limited details with our partners. We will not share any information that isn’t necessary to provide the service you have requested, and our partners will not share or use this information in any other way or keep it for longer than is required.

ChargeWorks is a small enterprise, and where we work with other third-party organisations or contractors, they may have access to some of ChargeWorks’ customer information. They will be required to take suitable steps to protect this data, and together we will take the issue of people’s personal data protection very seriously.


Our newsletter mailing list

We will only send you marketing emails with electric transport and renewable energy news, and information on our projects, events and services if you have opted in to receive the newsletter. Every newsletter will give the option to unsubscribe.
